AB - Aberdeen We are still only able to deliver to mainland addresses, or islands connected by road. Sea and air ferries will not accept fireworks. ALL CONSIGNMENTS HAVE TO BE SIGNED FOR. It is important that you specify a delivery address where someone will be available to receive and sign for your order. IF THERE IS NO-ONE AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS YOUR FIREWORKS WILL NOT BE DELIVERED A card will be left and you have the option of collecting from the nearest depot, or arranging a second delivery. THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE (CURRENTLY £10.00+vat)
FOR EACH FURTHER CALL Fireworks are NOT supplied on approval. When you supply your card details you are entering in to a legal contract to purchase. If any goods are to be returned under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 they must be unopened. Opening the package indicates your acceptance of the goods. This does not affect your rights or obligations under UK consumer law.
