FREE PRIZE DRAW RULES

1. How to participate

Just buy fireworks from fireworks.co.uk on or between August 1st and November 10th 2010. Your name will automatically be entered into the free prize draw.

2. Who will qualify?

The Draw is open to all customers. Remember that you must be over 18 to buy fireworks. Orders which are received but subsequently cancelled, for any reason, will not be eligible. The prize will be awarded to the person, or organisation who makes the payment for the order.

3. Result.

i   The draw will be made on November 11th 2010 or as soon after as may be practicable, by the Promoter

ii  The winner will be the first to be drawn (a second and third draw will be made in case of a non-claim by the winner)

iii The winner will be notified by email, to the email address given on the order, within 5 working days of the draw.

4. Non-claim

If the prize is not claimed within 5 working days, then it shall be awarded to the second name drawn, and this process repeated as necessary.

5. Publicity

i.  The winner's name will not be published but will be available on request to the promoters. No personal details will be available or made public.

ii. There is no obligation on the part of the winner to participate in any further promotion, nor will their details be used for any further promotion or publicity.

6. Decision

This prize draw will be decided by random selection of the winner's details from a list of qualifying entrants. The promoters decision is final.

7. The Prize

The prize is a New Year Festival single ignition firework by Cosmic, currently retailing on this website for £99.99, delivered to the customer's address on the purchase order. The promoters reserve the right to substitute a single-ignition firework of similar quality and value if necessary. No cash or other alternative is available.
