Delivery is charged at a flat-rate of £15.00.
 

DELIVERY & terms of trading:


5 DAY TURNAROUND We aim to deliver within 5 working days - often less. Orders received early on day 1 are despatched the same day. If the order is received later in the day, it is despatched on day 2. The carriers work on a 48-hour turnaround so delivery is usually within two days. Weekends are not included and delivery to remoter regions may take a little longer.

Deliveries will be made during normal working hours, Monday - Friday. We are unable to give a precise time of day.

During high-demand periods such as Nov 5th and New Year, schedules may also be slightly longer but the final date for ordering to guarantee delivery in time will be made clear.

ALL CONSIGNMENTS HAVE TO BE SIGNED FOR. It is important that you specify a delivery address where someone will be available to receive and sign for your order.

IF THERE IS NO-ONE AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS YOUR FIREWORKS WILL NOT BE DELIVERED

A card will be left and you have the option of collecting from the nearest depot, or arranging a second delivery.

THERE WILL BE A FURTHER CHARGE (CURRENTLY £10.00+vat) FOR EACH FURTHER CALL


Fireworks are NOT supplied on approval. When you supply your card details you are entering in to a legal contract to purchase.

If any goods are to be returned under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 they must be unopened. Opening the package indicates your acceptance of the goods.

This does not affect your rights or obligations under UK consumer law.


• If you have a specific delivery deadline e.g. a wedding or birthday, please use the message box in the shopping cart telling us the deadline. If we have a query we shall contact you before processing the order and payment.
• We can often arrange urgent deliveries at shorter notice. If time is short, it is better to place your order - with a clear indication of the deadline - rather than enquire first. If we can't meet the deadline we shall not process your card payment, and we will let you know as soon as possible.
• Cut-off dates apply for delivery in time for Nov 5th, New Year and occasional national celebrations, and are published on the site.
