We here at Ghengis Fireworks hope you love your purchase, however, if you wish to return your order for a refund you can do so with our satisfaction guarantee, please see the refunds and returns policies below for more information.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS UNWANTED GOODS:
If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched we will refund the full order value.
Ghengis Fireworks will offer a refund, less postage costs, within 14 days. It is also the responsibility of the customer to get it back to us in it’s original packaging with no damage and pay for the delivery and return cost.
Please note that we cannot refund or exchange unwanted items if the product has been used or the original packaging has been broken.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS:
Faulty or incorrect goods should be reported to our Customer Service Department ASAP, via the contact us page. However, we do give you 7 days to inform us for an exchange.
Ghengis Fireworks offers a 30-day replacement policy on all faulty products.
Please give a full description of the fault and return the item in its original box for a replacement. All returned products will be tested and returned to you at your expense if they are found not to be faulty.
If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched we will refund your card in full.
You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours for a refund unless it has been shipped.
However, if your parcel has already been dispatched you will be charged for the cost of shipping. Your refund will not be made until the parcel has been returned back to us. Please remember that we work on a same day dispatch system so to avoid the postage charge and delayed refund you should inform us on the same day that the order is made before 1 pm.
A refund cannot be issued until we receive the goods in question.
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation.
We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the products back at our head office.
I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG FIREWORKS?
Unfortunately, sometimes (but not very often) our picking staff make mistakes, and customers can receive the wrong fireworks. If this has happened then the first thing you should do is contact us directly and quote your order number.
You can contact us either on the phone or via email using the contact page.
We may ask you to take pictures of the fireworks you have received so we can verify what you have and haven’t got.
One of our staff will then do the utmost to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
If for any reason you have received your fireworks, and there damaged.
Please do not fire them! Contact us straight away, take photos of the fireworks and where they are damaged.
We will provide you with, an email address that you can send you images directly too for us to investigate the matter and one of our staff will help supply you with some replacement fireworks asap.
Replacements are at our discretion, and all depends on the damage to the firework or fireworks.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
If you are returning an unwanted item please make sure the items are in their original boxes. You will need to enclose a note informing us of your details, order number and reason for return. Please also state whether you would like an exchange or refund.
We recommend that you send goods by an ADR courier company as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of parcel on the way back to us. Postage costs on unwanted goods are down to the customer.
